About this Course

Deep tissue body sculpturing is a very detailed, precise form of massage therapy. The main emphasis is to bring the body into proper alignment by improving muscle tone, posture, circulation and relieve chronic stress. It is remarkably effective for skeletal structures that lie deep within the body, that cannot be reached with the fingers as in regular massage therapy.

Deep tissue body sculpturing works by breaking down scar tissue and crystallization, where by restoring proper muscle balance. It increases the blood circulation to injured areas, thus promoting healing. It accomplishes all this through controlled manual manipulation.

Reasons to Enrol

Techniques of Deep Tissue Body Sculpturing

Actual manipulation is a short, concentrated, transverse movement with a penetrating action applied directly on individual muscles, tendons or ligament fibers. This manual massage therapy is done with the base of the phalange, forearm, epicondyle and elbow. It induces increased blood flow and increases the range of motion.

Go beyond massage therapy and learn Deep Tissue Body Sculpturing

Now is your opportunity to discover the underlying cause of chronic muscle disorders, as well as to learn how to apply effective treatments that can help improve the mobility of your clients. In most chronic injuries, four to five treatments restore the function and range of motion of constricted joints.
